[Old school shaving]

Detail is nice, but its just a addition to the object.
And objects are basically light and shadows, get these down perfectly first.
I think you should rather spend the time your spending detailing to get the values down better.
Anyway, nice detail!

Too true! I need more patience and practice to get those down a lot better. But I just love to play around when drawing textures manually. I should probably do more exercises and less doodling... and less procrastination.

Nice work bra, your improving alot, you could use some work on your lightning though.
like his right leg shouldnt recieve that much light because his body is infront of the light, some goes for his left shoulder. Otherwise good work!!1!!

I took some liberties with the lighting because I was a bit afraid that it would otherwise turn out to be too dark, but you're totally right - would have been just that bit better if I had stuck to what really made sense.
